Ordering your wedding stationery can be a daunting thing.
I’m hoping to make the process as easy as possible for you!
Below is a step-by-step guide as to how working with me will go…
Existing Collections
If you’re ordering from my existing collections, ordering couldn’t be easier! You can place your order through my online shop. You can provide all your wedding details through the online form or if your prefer send all your required text via email once you’ve checked out.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke stationery works a little differently to my pre designed collections. If you’re you’re looking for bespoke wedding stationery then all you need to do is complete the contact form on the Bespoke page letting me know what you’re looking for. I aim to reply within 24 hours but during busier times this may be a little longer. If you need something a bit different then please drop me an email with your request.
Once I’ve received your initial enquiry, I may need a little more information from your so I know exactly what your vision is for your unique design. Once I know what you are looking for, I’ll pop across a custom quote.
If you are interested in proceeding with a bespoke order I will send you a lovely welcome pack.
This pack contains a stash of samples and helpful guides and an invoice for 50% of the total fee (this needs to be paid before I can start any design work).
Once I have received your deposit then the designing can start!
Depending on the project, turnaround times vary but this will be listed within your welcome pack. Moodboards and initial design concepts will be provided in PDF format so please keep an eye on your emails!
You will have the opportunity to request amendments and changes after seeing an initial draft of your wedding stationery.
For bespoke orders the final invoice will need to be paid before the artwork is sent to print. Once you’ve checked over the invitation and are happy with the presentation, I will send the full set to print and you can sit back relax whilst you await the delivery of your gorgeous stationery!
Signing off digital proofs
As soon as you are happy with your lovely stationery, I will send you the final sign-off email. This will include:
– Your final print-ready artwork for approval
– Full details of the printing option you have selected
– The quantities of each item you require
– Expected delivery time
